    Process & Deliverables

    We began by analyzing the current user flows, then moved on to sketches that assisted us in creating a Lo-Fi Wireframe and iterating it till we had a workable flow. After confirming, we swiftly designed the design elements using Hi-Fi Wireframes. Before handing off the final design, we gathered user feedback utilizing focused groups and iterated wherever necessary.

    The Challenges

    Every time a recruiter hires a candidate, it is highly improbable that they would be a culture fit for the business (have the right personality and the right talents), spending a lot of time, money, and effort in the process. Using an applicant tracking system, recruiters may streamline their hiring process and find and engage qualified prospects. Showcasing the AI-powered Diversity recruitment product and building trust is also challenging. Redesign Blog listing, single and pillar page with newer card info structure, font & typography, and imagery.

    The Goal

    Redesign the website so that it is user-friendly and clearly defines thProvide a landing page that highlights the various features and procedures that Joonko uses for diverse hiring through ATS that has the ability to sort, and scan candidates. It controls data and is mechanized. It creates, runs, and keeps up career pages with a single submission, post to numerous job boards. It is a one-stop shop for everything from candidate recruiting to CV screening.e platform services for restaurant sales and employees, enabling any business to find employees with ease with help of branding and visual identity.
